27th LETTER Cycle Caps

Queen City is proud to be working on small batches for the 27th LETTER cycle product line.  Hubert and I have been developing these products over the last year and they're beginning to stack up.  This is the first run of cycle hats.  Stay tuned for handlebar bags, porter bags and more.

Schneider Tool Belt

I'm developing a Tool Belt that will stand up to the toughest abuse.  The belt portion is almost done.  It's super thick 14 oz hot stuffed harness leather and lined in 1/4" merino wool felt.  The buckle is stainless steel.  Just waiting for the tubular rivets to arrive.

This is Emma Sienkiewycz.  She has been attending Queen City Shoe School and just finished this fantastic pair of lace up boots built on a vintage pair of lasts she found on ebay.  Emma just finished highschool at CVU in Hinesburg, Vermont and is one her way to Parsons in NYC next year.  Great job Emma!

New Jacket. For Rain and wind

Here's the latest jacket from the QCDG design lab.  Lightweight waxed canvas for protection from wind and rain.  Snaps under the collar accept an optional rain hood.

One of One

This was part of a limited run...of one.  Just finalizing the details before grading into other sizes and making some serious quantity of 20 or so.

This is round 2 of the QCwork vest. Adjusted length to allow sitting at sewing machine and I've been playing with some new pockets. The zigzag tool loop is for keeping those scissors accessible.

CUSTOM WINTER BOOTS

I just finished making the ultimate boots for winter in Vermont.  

The liner is 100% Merino wool felt which I hand stitched,

                                      gusseted tongue construction to keep the water out,

 Vibram Big Horn sole, speed laces, and quilted

side panels.  The leg is lined with nylon and 

the heel lined with a thick leather heel counter to 

stand up to years of wear.

Bring on the snow!
